Historically, we have been a long standing, eco-friendly, green cleaning company.  With the current state of affairs and the recent outbreak of Covid-19 we are now utilizing hospital grade commercial products that are specifically listed on the CDC website proven to kill Covid-19. We are one of the largest eco-friendly, green, privately owned commercial and janitorial cleaning services in the area, with over 20 years of experience behind us in two states and we are happy to help you keep your home, your family, and your business safe.

Due to this new development, we will be strictly utilizing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and our rate quotes will slightly increase to product cost and supply demand. All of our cleaning technicians are required to work in gloves, masks and goggles for the safety of both our cleaning technicians as well as our clients. The safety of our cleaners and our clients is our top priority. 

We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, including:

  • Cleaning hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds.

  • Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.

  • Keeping the recommended 6 feet from people. Also, only one employee will be present in each home at a time. If more than one employee happens to be in a home, they will maintain 6 feet of distance from each other at all times.

  • Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

  • Covering cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing tissue in the trash.

  • Staying home when sick. If an employee shows signs of illness, or reports coming into contact with someone who is suspected of having COVID-19, they will not be allowed to work.

  • To maximize ventilation and air out the home, our housekeeping staff will open windows while cleaning. They will then close and lock all windows before leaving the property.

  • For vacation rental units we’re washing and drying all towels and sheets at high temperatures, and employees put on fresh gloves prior to remaking the beds and laying out clean towels.

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.


Cleaning,  Sanitizing and Disinfecting

Currently we are utilizing a 3 step approach starting 1st with a general cleaning. We will continue to do the 1st stage initial clean with our long standing trusted eco-friendly products. Then we will perform a thorough sanitizing with either CDC approved hospital grade hydrogen peroxide based products, or a more cost efficient product such as a bleach based product if requested. Lastly we will use a disinfecting leave on spray on all high touch surfaces including light switches, doorknobs, toilet handles, faucets, cabinet handles, phones, keyboards, stair railings, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, remotes and more.


For a 3 stage clean, sanitize and disinfect service with these CDC recommended EPA products, we are currently charging $50 per cleaning technician hour if requesting hospital grade hydrogen peroxide based products with-out a contract, including all chemicals & equipment. For contracted clients requesting hospital grade hydrogen peroxide based products its $45 per hr. 


 For a more cost efficient option, we will forego the hospital grade products & alternatively use a bleach or alcohol based solution which then allows us to charge our $40 an hour non-contract rate. If signing a 2, 3 or 5 year contract, the rate will drop to $35 an hour and always includes all chemicals & equipment.  For flat rate services such as vacation rental or 'deep' cleans, CDC and EPA approved, hospital grade disinfecting and sanitizing products can be used and will incur an additional $30 chemical charge.

We are cleaning according to the CDC’s guidelines, with only approved CDC products and we are fully insured.
