Position Requirements

Possess, and own, your own AWD or FWD vehicle (If applying for cleaning)

Pass an initial drug test for all substances EXCEPT cannabis - $50 fee reimbursed after 90 days with no attendance issues

Pass a criminal background check

Possess a valid driver's license

Possess valid, full coverage car insurance

Possess a smartphone that can support apps such as Quickbooks Time & Google maps.

Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the waist. Push, pull, and lift less than or equal to 20 pounds. Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.

Be comfortable, and experienced, driving oftentimes in winter, snowy conditions, on winding mountain roads and sometimes at dark

Be comfortable, and experienced driving Taos Canyon to Angel Fire, the Taos Ski Valley canyon, Hwy 518 and other like roads and highways in oftentimes in winter, snowy conditions
Position Duties & Responsibilities

Cleaning Positions - Professionally clean vacation rental houses and stocking amenities such as soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc in cabins, condos, etc. Cleaning local Janitorial business accounts such as offices, schools, etc, while utilizing, and completing a cleaning checklist & inspection list on every job assignment. Cleaning & sanitizing apartments, condos, houses, hotel rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and public areas as well as placing amenities according to company protocol.

If interested - Learn and perform carpet and upholstery cleaning

Laundry Positions - Laundry services such as washing, drying, folding and stain treating

Clocking in & out via a GPS enabled app daily

Identify and note any damages to homes.
