COST ESTIMATE

Approximate Cleaning Costs are for average sized homes in moderate to poor condition. All prices all very dependent on condition and size of the home as well as the previous upkeep. Deep Clean rates are $80 per labor hr and include all required supplies

  • Studio/1 RM Casita        $300-350

  • 1 bed 1 bath                     $375-$500

  • 2 bed 1-2.5 bath             $500-$650

  • ​3 bed 2-3 bath               $600-$1000

  • 4 bed 3-4 bath.              $800 - $1200

  • 5-6 bed 4-6 bath           $1000-$1600 and up
