SERVICES OFFERED

All deep cleanings include our Specialized 3 stage "Top to Bottom" cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting service, which include the following for ALL rooms PLUS what's listed below:

  • Ceiling fans and blinds wiped down. Mini blinds additional charge due to time increase.

  • Heating Ac vents vacuumed and/or wiped. 

  • Cobwebs removed. 

  • Light fixtures cleaned.

  • All window sills & ledges dusted & wiped down.  

  • Spot clean all walls.

  • Sanitize all light switches.

  • Sanitize all door handles, doors, door frames and clean molding, trim & baseboards. 

  • Floors swept, all corners and edges vacuumed with attachments & mopped with appropriate solution, including under ALL beds, couches and all other furniture. 

  • While sanitizing and disinfecting, we pay special attention to high-touch surfaces, including: doorknobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronic lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens to name just a few.

Bathrooms: 

Toilets, sinks & all fixtures cleaned and sanitized. All countertops & surfaces cleaned & sanitized. Mirrors cleaned & fixtures shined. Shower, bathtub & fixtures cleaned, all soap scum scrubbed and removed with our signature

"Looks Like New" cleaning techniques. All front, inside and tops of all cabinets cleaned.

Bedrooms:

All Cobwebs removed, including high dusting throughout unit.

Dust knick knacks, framed art/pictures & furniture. Clean mirrors. Empty trash. Tidy closets if need be. Remotes tested and placed by TV. Floors swept and mopped or vacuumed.

 

Outside patio and front porch: 

Swept off and debris removed. BBQ grill checked & cleaned if need be. BBQ Propane tank inspected and fill level reported. Hot tub inspected and report condition & temperature of water.

Kitchen: 

All Cobwebs removed, including high dusting throughout unit. All countertops & surfaces cleaned & sanitized. Cabinet/Pantry wiped down inside and out.  Pull out oven and clean behind, outside, inside, top, front and sides. All drip pans, broiler & inside oven detailed to "Look Like New"! Glass top surface ranges wiped. Sinks cleaned and fixtures shined. Front, top, sides & inside of refrigerator and freezer cleaned. Cobweb removalMicrowave face cleaned and inside wiped out. 

Dining Room:

All Cobwebs removed, including high dusting throughout unit. Tables wiped clean and all chairs spot cleaned. Dust knick knacks & framed art/pictures. Floors swept and mopped or vacuumed.

Living Room

All Cobwebs removed, including high dusting throughout unit. Dust knick knacks, framed art/pictures & furniture. Couch cushions inspected and hair/ crumbs vacuumed. Empty fireplace ashes if applicable. Remotes tested and placed by TV. 

Floors swept and mopped or vacuumed.

 

ESTIMATE OF COST

Full Detail Cleanings for average sized rentals if left in moderate to poor condition:

*Exceptionally soiled spaces will have an increase in charge. The prices below are a rough estimate and upon an in person consultation we will set a rate for your unit.

* Upon request, CDC and EPA approved disinfecting and sanitizing products can be used and will incur an additional $30 chemical charge.

Prices reflect standard pricing based on apartments, casitas, condos, cabins, etc. that are approximately 800-1000 sq feet. Generally no larger than a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit.

For 3 bedroom 2 bathroom houses and up: service is subject to a  $40 "Full Size" home charge, due to a a generally increased size kitchen, dining room, larger bathrooms and living room, as well as, most time having a laundry room and either a foyer, entryway or mud room.

  • Studio  $160-$240

  • 1 bedroom 1 bathroom  $200-$280 

  • 2 bedroom 1 bathroom  $240-$320 

  • 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom $260-$340

  • 2 bedroom 2 bathroom  $280-$360

  • 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom  $300-$380

  • 3 bedroom 2 bathroom $360-$440

  • 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom $380-$460

  • 3 bedroom 3 bathroom $400-$480

  • 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom $420-$500

  • 4 bedroom 3 bathroom $440-$520

  • 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom $460-$540

  • 5 bedroom 4 bathroom $520-$540

*Additional bedrooms and/ or bathrooms increase rate an hour each at $40 per hour

                                                                  

ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS:

  • Clean out and haul away belongings. Fee Per load  + dump costs + $ 40 hourly rate

  • Professional packing and/or unpacking: $40 hourly rate per hour
